Job Description:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

• Deliver world class customer service
• Maintain up to date product knowledge
• Manage and optimize each step of the sales process
• Understand and define customer needs through conversational selling
• Engage every opportunity for cross and up selling
• Build lasting client relationships and manage clientele records
• Act as MOD during designated shifts
• Perform opening and closing duties independently
• Assist with shipping, receiving and online order fulfillment
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining visual standards on the floor
• Assist with managing and maintaining a clean and organized stock room

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in footwear sales is an asset
• Prior fashion retail experience required
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Client focused and goal oriented
• Punctual with strong time management skills
• Passion for fashion and exceptional personal style
• Flexible team player who can also work independently
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform some physically demanding tasks commonly associated with retail (standing for 4+ hours, climbing ladders, lifting boxes, etc.)
