Holiday Return Policy
We do not do exchanges, store credits, in-store returns or online returns on December 26th or 27th. Thank you for your understanding.
- Full price merchandise purchased after December 1st, 2022 is eligible to be returned and refunded until January 9th, 2023.
- Discounted or sale merchandise purchased after December 1st, 2022 is eligible for an online store credit until January 9th, 2023.

Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer an exchange or in-store credit on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition and with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. All discounted items, undergarments, facemasks, hair accessories, candles, bath and food products are considered a final sale.
We do not offer refunds.
Holiday Gift Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer an extended exchange or in-store credit until January 9, 2023 on regular priced merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt with the extended date on it. Items must be unworn, in original condition and with all original tags and undamaged packaging. Undergarments, hair accessories, unsealed candles, bath and food products are considered a final sale.
